Refresh ments were served from a table with a centerpiece of pink mums and Dink candles. Mrs wate Crawford poured and Mrs Alfred Nelson served the punch. The room was decorated with fall flowers by Mrs Victor Rietmann. The hostesses were Mrs E Mark- ham Baker, Mrs Robert DeSpain, Mrs Walter Corley, Mrs Charles Hudson, Mrs Lewis Halvorsen and Mrs Gary Tullis. Mrs George Snider has been visiting at Cannon Beach and Bay City. Mr and Mrs Harold Sherer and Judy recently visited the Blackie Bartlimay home in Odessa, Wash. Mr and Mrs Ralph Crum and family and Virginia Thompson of Heppner recently visited at the home of Mrs Crum's parents, Mr and Mrs E C Strahn and her brother and family, Mr and Mrs Dutch Strahm in The Dalles. The Dutch Strahm family are moving to Arizona where he will be em ployed with Empire Machinery. Mr and Mrs Dale Ray returned home last week from Lyle, Wash and left again Friday for Hood River- and Portland.
