COUNTY COURT PROCEEDINGS COUNTY COURT PROCEEDINGS July, 1958 The Court ordered the follow ing city levies extended by the assessor: Heppner, $15,737.00 lone, $1,931.00; Lexington, $1,686. 00; Irrigon, $945.00; Boardman, $3,155.62. The Court ordered a levy of $1,200.00 for the Irrigon Rural Fire Protection District. The Court ordered a levy of $11,190.00 for Fire Patrol purpos es. The Court ordered a levy of $533,743.00 for the Rural School District The Court ordered the follow ing levies for the payment of Bonds and Interest, School Dis trict No. 1, $23,475.00, School Dis trict No. 10, $5,425.00, School Dls trict No. 25, $13,237.50, School District No. 35, $29,890.00. The Court ordered a 2 mill levy for the Boardman Cemetery j Maintenance District, a 2 mill' levy for the Hepprer Cemetery Maintenance District and a 3 mill levy for the Irrigon Ceme tery Maintenance District.
