TV Program Due "Our Mr. Sun,'' first presenta tion of the Bell Telephone Sys tem's new television science ser ies, will be seen in Heppner over the CBS television network Mon day, November 19, at 7 p. m. The hour-long program in color will be seen elsewhere In the United States and Canada over a special network of more than 150 stations. Produced and directed by three- time academy award winner Frank Capra, "Our Mr. Sun" has be -'n four years in the making. To make this adventure in science entertaining and easily under standable, Capra has interwoven For the month of November the band will finish football sea son by playing at the homecom ing game, and start basketball season by attending the Board man jamboree the first of De cember. On the 31st of this month the band will journey to Echo to be present at a clinic under the di rection of Ira Lee from the Uni versity of Oregon. The Chamber of Commerce will witness a performance on Mon day by a trio of clarinets; Jay Sumner, Janet Wright and Alice! Faye Stewart.
