WHEREAS, C. A. Kane and Vivian Kane, husband and wife, Roy Quackenbush and Melba Quackenbush, husband and wife, and Helen Cox have requested that the real property hereinafter described be annexed to the City of Heppner and come under the jurisdiction of said City, and WHEREAS, each and all of said tracts of land are continuous and adjoining the southerly boundary of the City of Heppner and the Common Council of the City of Heppner is desirous of annexing said real property and that said real property Is de scribed as follows: TRACT (1) All of Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of G. Section 2: WHEREAS, conditions are such that an emergency is hereby declared and this ordi nance shall become in full force and effect upon its passage by the council and approval of the Mayor.
