V potluck dinner was served at loon. They enjoyed a program nd films. A letter was read Irom Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Lindstrom written from Greece. Those attending the reunion 'rom a distance were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lundell, Mr. and Mrs. Dale Lundell and son and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Lundell, all of Oakland, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Harland Lundell and child ren of Boise, Idaho; Mr. and Mrs. Norman Swanson and family of Portland; Mr. and Mrs. warren Crutchers and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Crutcher and family of Gresham; Robert Drake and Denny Swan son of Portland and Mrs. Dolores Rowell of Pendleton. The following officers were elected for the coming year: Mrs. Mary Swanson, president; Algott Lundell, vice president; O. L. Lundell, secretary and E. R. Lun dell, historian. Mr. and Mrs. John Bacon of Te koa, Wash., spent last week with his sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James Lindsay. Wayne Gollyhorn is home from the Heppner hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Bud Buchannan and son, Teddy, of Seattle spent Thanksgiving at the John Botts home. k Miss Ruby Ann Rietmann of Pendleton, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rietmann, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Riet mann and John Peterson spent the weekend in Portland where they attended the stage show "Plain and Fancy". Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Drake have moved into the White ap artment. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Morgan and children spent the weekend in Portland. Mrs. Walter Corley gave her daughter Sherry, a party Sunday Nov. 27 in honor of her tenth birthday. She was assisted by Mrs. Eldon Padberg of Lexing ton. Others present were Llaine Gaarsland, Bill and Frances Mc Leod, Pamela and John McCabe, Sue and Mansell Townsend, Lee and Jill Padberg, Bobby Lee De Spain and Dolores Emert. Donald Bristow and Kenneth Brenner spent last week in Eu gene, Corvallis and Portland. Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Crawford and daughter of Hermiston were visitors here last week. Mr. and Mrs. Claude Devine of North Bonneville, Wash., were weekend guests at the Ernest Heliker home. Mrs. Monnetta Aldrich and Mrs. Esther Wilson spent Thanksgiv ing at the Ed Aldrich home in Ordnance. Dinner guests at the Berl Akers home Thanksgiving day were H. O. Ely, Fred Ely and George Ely. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Rice and son Bobby, were in Portland last week where Bobby underwent a throat operation. William Zinter is a patient in the Holiday Park hospital in Portland. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Crabtree and family and Mrs. Hattie Crabtree and Alvin Mc Cartie. Mrs. Crabtree remained in Salem. Mr. and Mrs. David Rietmann and family and Mrs. Etta Bris tow were Walla Walla visitors Friday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Holtz and daughter, Kathy, spent Thanks giving with her sister, and fam ily, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Newton at Coos Bay. John Jepsen, stu dent at Oregon Tech at Klamath Falls was also a visitor there. Tom White spent Thanksgiv ing in Portland. , Mr. and Mrs. Joel Barnett and son of Heppner spent Thanks giving with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Barnett. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Yarnell and daughters of Vancouver, Wash., were visitors last week at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Yarnell. Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Crawford and daughters visited her mother, Mrs. Ida Coleman and other rela tives last week. Dinner guests at the Lana Pad berg home Thanksgiving, were Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Padberg and family and Mrs. Frances Piper and son, Ralph. Mr. and Mrs. Fredrick Martin and children spent Thanksgiving in Roseburg with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bergstrom and family of Eueene spent Thankssivine with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bergstrom. Mr. and Mrs. Earl McKinney went to Walla Walla Monday to take their son, Malcolm to Port land for treatment for a fractured arm. Those visiting Malcolm at the hospital in Walla Walla on Thanksgiving day were Mr. and Mrs. McKinney and son Leland, Grace McCabe of lone, Miss Jean Addy of Hermiston and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Cole of Wasco.
