For this effort ground generators will be located in Morrow county but they should have little if any effect on the local weather conditions. The seeding chemicals will be released from the ground and air craft. The main nucleating agent will be silver iodide crystals, however other agents will be used such as dry ice and various chlor ides to further the cause of basic research and development.
