Miss Kolshorn says the best way to keep bread fresh and avoid staling is to keep it frozen in the freezer the frozen food compartment, or even the ice cube compartment of the refrigerator. Many families purchase a sup ply of bread for a week or two and keep it In their freezers, says the spe. alist.
