For individual honors, Ed Moeller, captain-elect of the Oregon track team, broke the world's record in the disous with a toss of 160 feet 7 10 Inches. Don Moe, besides win ning the coast conference title, also annexed the western amateur cham pionship at Kansas City, the biggest golf event In the entire west, which ranks second in national import ance only to the national open championship and the national am ateur championship. Bradshaw Harrison of the Oregon tennis team, was unable to defend his tennis titles this year, but last year he won five Pacific-northwest championships. The Oregon four man tennis team defeated Stanford for the Coast title this year and tied Texas for the national cham pionship, each team, winning and losing three matches. Oregon plays more football games this fall than any other school on the coast. Its conference schedule lcludes five big games, Stanford, Idaho, U. C. L. A., Washington and Oregon State. The Webfoots also have three post-season clashes with the University of Hawaii at Port land, St Mary's at San Francisco, and University of Florida at Miami.
