THE REPUBLICAN TICKET 1 The councy ticket nominated by the Republican covention in this city last Saturday is owe that com mands thi reepect of all pat tie. It is composed of representative citizens of Morrow county whose character and ability appeals to the intellig nt voter (and we have no other than intelligent votes,) whether he be Republican, Demo crat, Prohibtionist, . Socialist or something else. It ia a ticket that the Republican can conscientionely support and put forth his best ef forts to elect, and the Times has no hesitancy in predicting the election of the entire ticket next June. Geo. Currin, who was given the nomination for county judge, is a representative citizen d the county. He has made a success in a bu iness way and there is no reason to doubt, but many to believe that he will handle county affairs in the same intelligent manner Although he has foen a resident of the county for only five years he has fully identified himself with county affairs. He h not a man of a biased or prejudiced make up; is liberal in his views, and a man of good judgment and upright char acter, and is worthy the support of his party. Vawter Crawford, who was the choice of the convention for county clerk, is too well known to need we want L T Hanis nominated anil elected, namely, we wan' young men ' his energy and fforts to make a land is paid to lie attracting a I rue ot ability in the House, who can grow success iu the profe-sion, and those number 01 prospective setters. This ise vidence enough for his qu ilifications; what more could we say in his bt-halt, excepting that be is a man of high character. We submit his case with the firm conviction that you will elect him to the surveyors office. Dr. A. ReiJ, nominee for coroner, is a prominent pyhsician of lone, and is a man of character and abilit , fully c pable of performing the duties of the office to which he has been nominated. J. D. French and Frank M. Griffin, the nominees for county commissiene.-, are men of judg ment, careful and alert for the I best inter- sts of the county. Dur- Echo Sugar Beet Crop.
