' A party o members of the Heppner Lodge of Elks came over in cars Wed . neBday night and spent yesterday here, raising funds for the new Elks build ing. The building has been completed at an approximate cost of $43,000, with i another 110.000 for furnishings, but the . bonds of the building are not all sold.
