Cecil It Is Of Tkee. In the valley of Willow creek Stands Cecil a little town. If quiet or rest you go to seek, This place Is of quite renown. The hills the hamlet enclose, The meadows are very green. Very often a strong wind blows, Most always the blue sky Is seen. The hills are rolling and low , Dotted with yellow and green. They form a nearly perfect row, The beat that I have ever seen. Out in the meadows wide - There are mostly cows and sheep. There wouldn't you like to bide And play you were Little Bo Peep? Cecil has a daily train And Highway long and wide. They are always there In shine or rain ' "Si TRACTORS There la a correct grade of Zerolene iur each type of tractor. Beside the poplara high Kests the good "Last Camp," Where many with a happy sigh Kind there are no lamps. Long porchea round the house do run. The wide green lawn Is there, Where you may have all kinds of fun And lose every little care. North of Cecil a mile or two Is the little school house of gray, Where many things the children do That are not what the teachers say. Next Is the little rail station Where the Tillage "mayor" awaits. Surely some one will come on vacation Or else there'll be some freight On Sunday when the train comes by There are a dosen boys or more Who bring their horses up and tie. If no girls arrive they sure are sore. The train conductor Is often sour And seldom has a smile. How does he spend the weary hours On all the duaty mllest There la a poatofflce too, where we re ceive our mail. And a poatmaster alwaya jolly, hearty and hale. All at once he cornea out with a huatle, "The train la coming I heard It whls-tlte." Next ia the busiest place of all, ; That is the village store. Above that Is the Cecil Hall Where they always yell for more. In the evening here the men all meet And have their little gossip club. . Each one duickly takes his seat And then begins the big hubbub.
