In mentioning a sale of horses last week made bv Spencer Akers it was stated that he sold eleven heart for tlOOO, when it should have been 7 head, or an average of better than 140 per bead. Mr. Akers does not care to set a price so far below what such stock Is worth. David Hynd, of Hynd Bros, of Sand Hollow, received the sad intelligence on Friday of the death of his oldest brother.
