National Organizer R A Irvine has gone up into King's Valley to organ- uw a sub-alliance. - Remember the County Alliance will meet at Lebanon the lust Saturday in July. The organization at Providence is abut SO strong. . Providence Alliance deserves credit for the manner in which they conducted the picnic there. The Conntv Alliance meets at Lebanon, July 25. A suitable h&U has been secured and the band en gaged.. A profitable meeting is an ticipated. The organization lately perfected in Portland is the thirty-seventh of the kind within the united States. The crowth of this order is almost without parallel The delegates from Linn county were Hon. R A Irvine, John Bryant, and Jacob Newman. Hon. R. A. Iviug was named upon the commu te on constitution and by-lawa, on resolutions, and on platform. Harvesting is well upon us. Con. derable grain is already in the shock, and the twiners are doing full work. In many plnces full grain stands five feet high, and the beads are as thick as they can stick.
