The Tribune is now glad to note that the Albany Business Men's Association, at it's noon luncheon last week, went on record ot latx>- ing the trucks and for patronizing the railroads. They have seen, as we have pointed out. that in addi tion to the tazes the monthly pay rolls of the railroads in Linn county approximates *50.000, and contin ued use of the trucks would mean the reduction of help on the rail roads. It waa pointed out at that meeting, we are told, that the little saved in patronizing the trucks is more than offset by increased taxes to keep the highways in condition for them.
