BIDS, SUB-BIDS & PUBLIC NOTICES NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TOWING DISPATCH SERVICES METRO INFORMATION SERVICES The City of Portland, through its Towing Board of Review, is offering a contract for towing dispatch services. The contract will be for a term, commencing July 1, 2014 and expiring June 30, 2017, subject to the Towing Board of Review’s right of termination for unsatisfactory performance. Businesses, organiza- tions, and individuals presently engaged in providing twenty-four hour, seven day a week commercial dispatching and record-keeping services are eligible to apply for the contract. Applicant must be able to show that the applicant has been engaged for at least one year in providing such dispatching and record-keeping services substantially similar in type and volume as those required under the proposed contract. The Towing Board of Review reserves the right to reject applications from applicants who do not, in the judgment of the Board, have sufficient experience, personnel, financial resources, or equipment to satisfactorily perform under the contract. The contract will be awarded to the applicant that achieves the highest number of points for their application, experience, facility and bid amount.
