Sears, in the State ' Circuit Court, this morning, charged with tha murder of George L. Tooley, at Holbrook, April 1 last. He pleaded not guilty. Tha complaint, charging murder In the second degree, waa read to Anderson by Deputy District Attorney John Manning. Attorney Mendenhall put In a plea of not guilty for hla client, and Judge Sears set the caae for trial June 23. Anderson and Tooley engaged in a fight at Holbrook.
