If you will kindly allow me the space in your paper 1 would like to give a de scription of our trip and treatment while in Corvallis last Saturday to play foot ball. AVe arrived there afout eleven o'clock and wereimet by Measrs Bloas and Bur nett manager and captain of the O A C Foot llall ;team, and taken from there to the livery stable where our teams were attended to, ihen we were taken to the college where we left our grips, from there wo were taken to the dormitory where dinner was availing us. After eating we went to the coHege where we dressed for tin game which was called at 2 o'clock sharp. And of course as you have already heard we fell ready victims to our opponents and were easily beaten ny the score of 112 to 0. The cause of our defeat or the causo of onr being deleated bo bad can bo explained in two or three different ways bu the main cause was the lack of practice and also to our weight which waa on an average of about 130 while the 0 A 0 bovs averaged ltlS.so you can see foryourself that they are too heavy for us.
