The ice broke and both men were precipitated into the icy water. The sister of the younmen witnessed the accident and ran to a house for assistance. She had aiely time to tell what had happened when ;he fainted horn fright and excitement. The people of the house ran to the scene of the ac cident, but both men had disappeared be neath the water, A it U Accident, Sacremento, Ftb. 20, Last night, at 9:30 o'clock, at Cape Horn mills, plowenginn 415 and four other locomotives were derailed by a broken rail.
