This brought "Billy" down on his marrow bones very quickly, as star route Dorsey's wiid cat scheme which he had been trying to boost for sev eral years offered r,o inducements, when compared w ith the salary and perquisites, particularly the latter, of the Secretary of the Treasury. Don would hardly be elected a county road supervisor it ability enly was considered.
