With tho establishment of this new and coinmodluf landing for the local boats, a very noticable change in the business channels of tbo water front should be at once perceptible Tbe wharf is a large and roomy one, of easy access for wagons and drays of all kinds and is especially convenient for the steamboat men and shippers.
