The City of Home is to be built of steel, with a double bottom, and eleven bulk-heads. The long itudinal bulk-heads are to be run through tho engines' and boilers' space. These will greatly decrease the danger of the vessel sinking, in case of a collision. The top decks are to be of the best teak. Xo ex pense is to be spared in making this magnificent steamship jwrfect in every respect. Phe will have the highest classification of any vessel in the Liverpool Red-book and in the British Lloyds.
