She was aged about 58 years and was the mother o f ten chil dren, one o f whom, T M. Harriott, was a former resident o f Central Paint. The funeral was held at Applegate Saturday. Lee. Mrs. Martha S. Lee, w ife o f Booth Lee, and a well known resident o f this city, died at her home here last Friday morning after a brief illness o f less than a week. The cause o f death was Bright’ s disease and the attack came suddenly on Saturday morning preced ing her death. She is survived by her husband and four daughters. The daughters are: Mrs. W. C. Owen Mrs. A. S. Cuthbert and Misses Bessie and Maude Lee, all residents o f this city. The funeral was held from the resi dence Saturday morning at 10 o’clock, the servicea being conducted by Rev. T. M. Jones. Interment was made in the Central Point cemetery. Ayers, Miss Julia Ayers, aa estimable young lady o f Eagle Point, who has been working as a stenographer at San Fran cisco for two years, died in that city last week and the remains were brought to this place last Saturday for interment.
