The State University Agricultural College and the State Normal have for many years spent less money per stu d en t per year in tra in in g O re gon boys and g irls than is Hpent at r other sta te in stitu tio n . The present cost a t the S ta te U n iv ersity is $203 a y e a r; a t the C ollege, it is $180. But even before th e w ar, when money would buy tw ic e as much as it buys now, the average cost a t all ,th er sta te in stitu tio n s was $325 a year.
