Both are an assured go, altho it is a little doubtful whether Grass Valley will come into the schem and raise its quota. There is also talk of extend ing the line to Kent and this will most likely go through if the Grass Valley amount is taken at the last named city. ' This would give 24-hour electric service to all parts of the county and make the investment a certain dividend - - D o n ’t b e t a k e n in with the idea that the character of our goods means corresponding height in cost.
