The happy couple received their friends during the afternoon, from 2 to 5 o’clock, when a goodly num ber took advantage of the occasion to congratulate (he good old people on the s rcoeaa which had attended them so far on life’s journey. The rooms were handsomely dec orated for the occasion, and the reception was a grand success Several appropriate presents were received frorp relatives, and also a purse from their friends in Moro containing considerable over half a hundred dollars in gold Mr. DeMoss is a pioneer, crossing tbe plains in 1858, then going back by way of Panama, re-eroesing in 1882 with Mrs. DeMoes. 4* *******-♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦♦ F.
