You may find that as a result of these changes, the circulation, digression, and the elimination have become troublesome, sluggish, • and pre carious. Muscles become flabby from lack of use and refuse to do their work of holding the struc ture together properly. Such dis orders can usually be corrected in their .beginnings if one makes a constructive attempt to overcome them.
