Condon will send. a large dele gation to the Kound-Up again this year. Many are expecting to drive across country. Dr. Turner, eye specialist of Portland will be in Condon again Sunday and Monday, September 15 and 16 at Summit Hotel. Dr. Turner is a specialist of exper ience and standing and you will make no mistake in consulting him about your eyes and glasses. Frank Lewid was up from Mikkalo Wednesday transacting business. His grain this year averaged six sacks per acre which is among the best report ed. While here he renewed his subscription. Dewey West is homo on a fur lough and is visiting relatives and friends in Condon. . I.,., Mrs. F. T. Hurlburt and Misa Lucile Hanson came up from Portland Saturday to remain for a week or two. E. II. Randall, the Clem mer chant, needs the Globe and has sent his (heck for another year. Ernest Toll, a clever young jugKlt'r, will be a feature at the Liberty Theatre Wednesday evening, September '. He it a clever comedian as well as juggler. William Kettie has taken the Globe for many years and still wants it for he paid this week for a year in advance. Miss Marie Kline, known the world ovar as "The Original Thanhouuer Kid," a name she acquired while appearing as a brilliant star in the movie, will be at the Liberty Theatre Wednesday, September 2ft, in a charming pluvict, entitled "Springtime" She will be as sisted by a talented young actor.
