Some times this is true, but more often it is not true. In fact, most people are less than fifty per cent efficient in their present jobs. Their present jobs, there fore, offer splendid opportunities for making the first important advances in personal efficiency. This does not 1 mean until it helps the country or the war organizations but mean buy and givo until It helps you and gives you a clearer un derstanding of your responsi bility. "Buy until it helps" you by broadening your vision of the war and to the struggle to save civilization. Condon has an ordinance pro viding that all autos must use mufflers within the city limits The enforcement of this ordi nance would be appreciated by nearly all the people who live here.
