Shall We Celebrate? ' Is Condon to have a Fourth of Jnly celebration this vear? This question la being discussed by some of our citizens and many are said to favor it and some are said to be opposed to the proposition. There is not much time now to make arrangements and if there is to be a cele bration it will be necessary to get to work at once. If anything is attempted it should be a united effort by all the peo ple of the town otherwise it will be hard to make it a success, The Globk is in favor of a celebration if all the people want one and they will all unite in mak- in a the affair creditable to the town and It has but one suggestion to make vis: If we celebrate let os be sure to Include the reading of the Declaration of Inde pendence in the program this year.
