' When the tall 26 story office buildings were erected in New York and Chicago, the public was astounded and the general thought was that the limit of height had been reached, but it seems that it has not, for now comes a firm of New York architects who have i drawn the plans for a building 200 stories high to be erected on the block surrounded by 23rd and 24th streets and 3d and 6th avenues, in the city of New York.
