December 27 191a FRIDAY City Liens of the City of Bandon, Coos County, Oregon, delinquent assessments as assessed by Ordinance No 138 of the Ordi nances of the city of Bandon for the im provement of Atwater Street in said City in front of Lot No 5, in block No. 8, Wood land Addition to the City of Bandon, in the sum of #93.35 and assessed to Mae Walker Said assessment has never been paid nor the Lien discharged. Now therefore notice is hereby given that by virtue and in pursuance of Section 122 of the Charter of the City of Bandon, Coo« County, Oregon, directing me th collect the said unpaid assessment by tale of the »aid property to satisfy said Lieti of $93.35 with interest thereon at the rate of 6 per cent per anum from the 27th day of Sep tember 1909 and penalty together with costs of advertising and sale thereof, I will on the list day of December, A.
