City Liens of the City of Bandon, Coos
County, Oregon, delinquent assessments as
assessed by Ordinance No 138 of the Ordi­
nances of the city of Bandon for the im­
provement of Atwater Street in said City in
front of Lot No 5, in block No. 8, Wood­
land Addition to the City of Bandon, in the
sum of #93.35 and assessed to Mae Walker
Said assessment has never been paid nor the

Now therefore notice is hereby given that
by virtue and in pursuance of Section 122
of the Charter of the City of Bandon, Coo«
County, Oregon, directing me th collect
the said unpaid assessment by tale of the

with interest thereon at the rate of 6 per
cent per anum from the 27th day of Sep­
tember 1909 and penalty together with
costs of advertising and sale thereof, I will
on the list day of December, A. D. 1912,
at the hourot 2 o’clock p in, of said day at
the front door of the City Hall in the City
of Bandon, Coos County, Oregon, sell a
public auction to the bidder offering the
least amount of penalty and ihtetest all of
right, title interest and estate which the
said Mae Walker and all persons* claiming
under or through her may have in the said
described property mentioned which is de­
scribed as follows to-wit:
Lot No 5, in block No 8, Woodland
Addition to Bandon, Coos County, Ore­
gon, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the County
cl.rk of said Coos County, Oregon.
Said sale being made subject to redemp­
tion in the matter provided by the Charter
of the City of Bandon.
