assessed by Ordinance No 138 of the Ordi
nances of the city of Bandon for the im
provement of Atwater Street in said City in
front of Lot No 5, in block No. 8, Wood
land Addition to the City of Bandon, in the
sum of #93.35 and assessed to Mae Walker
Said assessment has never been paid nor the

Now therefore notice is hereby given that

of the Charter of the City of Bandon, Coo«
County, Oregon, directing me th collect

right, title interest and estate which the
