street in the City of Bandon, said improvement
to consist of the following:
Excavating and filling ot ground to conform to
the established grade on street.
Building board sidewalks on each »ide of
street in accordance with specifications as con­
tained in City Ordinance providing for the build­
ing of board walks.
The building of a bridge and bulkhead al a
point between Seventh and Eighth streets. Now,
