The 1948 gam e licenses are be ing mailed out by the Oregon S tate Game Commission to license agencies throughout the state. Deer tags, however, which will be DAN’S REPAIR SHOP issued separately for a fee of fifty DA N P IE P E R cents to residents will not be available until a fte r the first of Kerby, Oregon July. An entirely new form of license is being issued this year, made pos sible by the separation of the deer tag from the hunting license. Li- I cense agents will be issued one form of license only, instead of eight kinds as heretofore, and will fill in on this form inform a tion as to type o f license being is sued, am ount paid and name, ad dress and description of purchaser. The new »form of license is p rin t ed on safety paper in manifold form and is expected to save a considerable am ount of tim e and money in the printing and hand ling of game licenses.
