The re-registration of all active civilian defense workers has been taking place during the past sev eral months an<| is now announced as substantially completed except for a few in the Illinois Valley. In a formal motion the council declared valid only two forms of identification cards - the new cards which have been issued to replace old ones; and old cards which have been checked against the records, stamped anil initialed by the personnel officer.
