Vollmer of Sana- tarium, California, is visiting her mother, Mrs. E. J. Wilber for a few days. Rev. and Mrs. C. G. Morris have started building their new home beside the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry O. Smith. Mrs. P. S. Dunn and children came up from Fresno, California, and will spend a few weeks visit ing at the F. F. Hibbard Lome —o-- Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Mendenhall of Los Angeles, were in Cave Junction last week and visited Loleta Jasperson.. Miss Jasper- son formerly worked for Mr. Men denhall. -- O—— Mr. and Mrs. Frank S. Martin of San Francisco, were visiting at the home of Mrs. Leo M. Martin of Bridgeview. Before returning to their home they motored to Walport and visited the Romee F. Martin family of Portland. Leo Martin and son, Chester are ployed at Walport. ----- 0----- Among the recent visitors La Casa Willadora" were Mr. Mrs. Herbert P. Coates of Monte video, Uruguay, South America. The Rev. Floyd and daughter Helen, spent the past week in Portland, where they attended the wedding of their son, Richard Merle Floyd who was married to Miss Helmi Kojo of Astoria. The wedding was solem- nixed at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kneeland, cousin of the groom last Tuesday evening at 8 o'clock. The groom is a form er resident of Kerby and a gradu ate of the high school. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd will make their home in Portland, where Mr. Floyd is employed with the Shav er Transportation company. Robert Fleming, mining man of Tigertown, has returned from an extensive business trip to Britsh Columbia. Mrs. William Trefethen has mov ed to Grants Pass to be with her daughter, Florence Maxwell, who has been in poor health for some time.
