came up from Fresno, California,
and will spend a few weeks visit­

Mr. and Mrs. Harry R. Floyd
and daughter Helen, spent the
past week in Portland, where they
attended the wedding of their son,
Richard Merle Floyd who was
married to Miss Helmi Kojo of
Astoria. The wedding was solem-
nixed at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Paul Kneeland, cousin of the
groom last Tuesday evening at
8 o'clock. The groom is a form­
er resident of Kerby and a gradu
ate of the high school.
Mr. and Mrs. Floyd will make
their home in Portland, where Mr.
Floyd is employed with the Shav
er Transportation company.
Robert Fleming, mining man of
Tigertown, has returned from an
extensive business trip to Britsh
Columbia.
Mrs. William Trefethen has mov
ed to Grants Pass to be with her
daughter, Florence Maxwell, who
has been in poor health for some
time.
