This hotel Is to be on the same plan as the "Cloud Cap Inn" but there has been a delay In the Is suance of a permit from the forest service. This matter is reported to be now before the secretary of agri culture for approval, which is ex pected dally. H. V. Anderson, who was connect ed with the forest service up to a few weekB ago, has been in Portland for some time working on this pro- ept the red tape of the government, it is the plan to begin Iiumedi;ue- Jly on the road up Sucker creek, t!;at j being the shortest route for tak;:ig in the building material and t lie 'transporting of an electric plant to 'be used in lighting the caves.
