Mrs. Chas Talent and little son, who have spent a few days here with Mr. Talent, the Reo automobile agent, returned to Medford Tuesday. Miss Jean MacLennan, of Albany, Oregon, arrived here Saturday for a few weeks' visit with her friend, Miss Bessie Wallace. Mr. and Mrs. Will Gardner and Mrs. Gardner's little sister, Agnes Letcher, are enjoying camp life at Savage Creek and will ruHtlcate there for about two weeks. II. L. Blaud et al for county road heard upon report of County Board of Road Viewers thereon, and the matter taken under advisement by the court to be passed at such time as the court shall be fully advised in the premises. Petition of E. Erickson for public easement road in Section 7, township 37 south, range 6 west, allowed and road established in accordance, with report of County Board of Road Viewers. All property to which the county or other public corporation has ac quired title during the previous year by virtue of delinquent tax sales or dered to be sold by the sheriff July 12, 1909, at 10 o'clock a. m., said property to be sold to highest bidder for cash and for not less than the amount of all accrued taxes, penal ties and costs. Resignation of J. II. Miller, con stable In and for Placer Precinct, accepted by the court. Petitions of C.'G. Ament et al and 5. F. Sims et al for county roads east of Grants Pass allowed to be withdrawn from the files for the purpose of securing more signatures thereto that the same may be made to comply with the law. Roth for public casement road In Section 14, Twp. 35 S., R. 7 West, heard upon report of County Board of Road Viewers and the matter continued pending the payment of costs and damages by the petitioner.
