country with the intention of locat

had, to-wlt:

county road heard upon report of
County Board of Road Viewers
thereon, and the matter taken under
advisement by the court to be passed
at such time as the court shall be
fully advised in the premises.
Petition of E. Erickson for public
easement road in Section 7, township
37 south, range 6 west, allowed and
road established in accordance, with
report of County Board of Road
Viewers.
All property to which the county
or other public corporation has ac
quired title during the previous year
by virtue of delinquent tax sales or
dered to be sold by the sheriff July
12, 1909, at 10 o'clock a. m., said
property to be sold to highest bidder
for cash and for not less than the
amount of all accrued taxes, penal
ties and costs.
Resignation of J. II. Miller, con

accepted by the court.
Petitions of C.'G. Ament et al and
5. F. Sims et al for county roads
east of Grants Pass allowed to be
