Lori Suzanne Smith, 60, of Astoria was arrested on a felony warrant issued by Colum- bia County. She was booked at Clatsop County Jail. • Warrant service, 1:14 p.m. July 16, Fred Meyer. Sabin William Marley, 48, of Ilwaco, Wash., was arrested on a warrant issued by Lincoln County. He was cited and released. • Warrant service, 12:04 p.m. July 17, Second Street near Fred Meyer. Michael John Lyly, 37, of Lake Oswego was arrested on a parole board warrant and booked at Clatsop County Jail. Knapp, 38, of Sagle, Idaho, was cited for second-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for more than $100 in clothes. • Shoplifting, 11:07 p.m. July 17, Walmart. Ethan Kipling Mu- niz, 33, of Seaside was cited for third-degree theft and criminal mischief after he allegedly at- tempted to leave the store with- out paying for $15 in makeup. • Auto burglary, 10:39 p.m. July 18, 800 block Peacock Street.
