16, Fred Meyer. Sabin William
Marley, 48, of Ilwaco, Wash.,
was arrested on a warrant issued
by Lincoln County. He was cited
and released.

of Lake Oswego was arrested
on a parole board warrant and

• Shoplifting, 9:59 p.m. July 16,
Walmart. Brianna L. Knapp, 38,
of Sagle, Idaho, was cited for
second-degree theft after she
allegedly attempted to leave the
store without paying for more
than $100 in clothes.
• Shoplifting, 11:07 p.m. July 17,
Walmart. Ethan Kipling Mu-
niz, 33, of Seaside was cited for
third-degree theft and criminal
mischief after he allegedly at-
tempted to leave the store with-
out paying for $15 in makeup.
