Bra- num-Beeler, 36, of Nehalem was cited for third-degree theft after she allegedly left the store without paying for $47 in shoes, clothes, a wig, and charging cables. She was apprehended by Warrenton Police a short time later outside the store. • Shoplifting, 11:14 p.m. Sept. 21, Walmart. Heinz, 41, of Silverton was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for a $12 pair of gloves and after damag- ing a camouflage hat. • Shoplifting, 9:48 p.m. Sept. 24, Walmart. Tara Nichole Dar- by, 38, of Salem was cited for third-degree theft and criminal trespassing after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $23 in food items. • Shoplifting, 5:45 p.m. Sept. 25, Walmart. Shaina L. Woo- ton, 25, of Seaside was cited for second-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $781 in flashlights, camping equipment, cast-iron pans, mirrors and torches. • Return fraud, 8:04 p.m. Sept. 27, Walmart. James R. Anfin- son, 35, of Longview, Wash., was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly selected $70 in merchandise from store shelves and returned them for cash at the customer service counter. He left the store but returned later in the day and was cited. He did not return the $70, according to store personnel. • Shoplifting, 8:25 p.m. Sept. 27, Walmart. Allen R. Metsker, 25, of Boring was cited for third-de- gree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $32 in toilet- ries, batteries and candy. Adrian Michael Russell, 43, of Astoria was cited for third-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for a power outlet and work gloves valued at $32. Driver Camden R. Morey, 24, of Warrenton was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood-alcohol level was recorded at 0.06 per- cent. Neither he nor his passen- ger were injured. • Traffic stop, 1:29 a.m. Sept. 23, near Warrenton Mini Mart.
