• Shoplifting, 5:30 p.m. Sept.
21, Walmart. Chelsie M. Bra-
num-Beeler, 36, of Nehalem
was cited for third-degree theft
after she allegedly left the store
without paying for $47 in shoes,
clothes, a wig, and charging
cables. She was apprehended by
Warrenton Police a short time
later outside the store.
• Shoplifting, 11:14 p.m. Sept. 21,
Walmart. Gregory Lee Daw, 25,
of Astoria was cited for third-de-
gree theft after he allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for $53 in mer-
chandise, including a flashlight,

27, Walmart. James R. Anfin-
son, 35, of Longview, Wash.,
was cited for third-degree theft
after he allegedly selected $70 in
merchandise from store shelves
and returned them for cash at
the customer service counter. He
left the store but returned later
in the day and was cited. He did
not return the $70, according to
store personnel.
• Shoplifting, 8:25 p.m. Sept. 27,
Walmart. Allen R. Metsker, 25,
of Boring was cited for third-de-
gree theft after he allegedly
attempted to leave the store
without paying for $32 in toilet-
ries, batteries and candy.
