Boucher, 33, of Warrenton was arrested on a warrant issued by Salem Munici- pal Court for failure to appear on a driving under the influence of intoxicants case. Lumadue, 24, no known address, was cited for second-degree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $863 in merchandise. Foster, 33, of Seaside was cited for second-de- gree theft after he allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $477 in car speakers, vehicle items, main- tenance items, flashlights, and grow lights. • Theft, 9 a.m. Aug. 2, Warrenton High School. A painting con- tractor working at the school re- ported that someone during the weekend stole from the job site five one-gallon and one five-gal- lon buckets of paint valued at $665. • Shoplifting, 5:39 p.m. Aug. 3, Walmart. Sharon E. Saunders, 60, of Chinook, Wash., was cited for second-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for a $104 microwave. • Shoplifting, 2:43 p.m. Aug. 8, Goodwill. Corey E. Jones, 27, of Astoria was cited for second-de- gree theft and criminal trespass- ing after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $391 in merchandise. She’d been trespassed in May for shop- lifting at the store. • Shoplifting, 7:17 p.m. Aug. 8, Walmart. Reed M. Tardif, 26, of Shelton, Wash., was cited for third-degree theft and criminal trespassing after he allegedly at- tempted to leave the store with- out paying for a $45 digital safe. He’d previously been trespassed from all Walmart properties. • Shoplifting, 6:46 p.m. Aug. 9, Walmart. Meggan B. Bart- lett, 27, of Astoria was cited for third-degree theft after she allegedly attempted to leave the store without paying for $68 in clothes, slippers, a book and earrings. Honeysuckle Loop at Huckle- berry. Driver cited for driving while suspended and having no insurance. Suspicious circumstances and disturbances • Trespassing, 7:25 p.m. July 25, Walmart. Christina D. Poole, 34, no known address, was cited after she returned to the store after previously having been trespassed. • Rear-end collision, no injuries, 11:52 a.m. July 31, Highway 101 at Marlin Avenue. One driver was cited for following too close- ly and having no insurance. • Loud and unruly camper, 10:52 p.m. July 30, Fort Stevens State Park camping area. The camp- er, a 60-year-old man from Florence, was evicted from his campsite and escorted out of the park with his trailer. • Trespassing, 7 p.m. Aug. 1, Walmart. Tia A. Wieckowski, 32, of Astoria and Jacob S. Wieck- owski, 37, of Seaside were cited for criminal trespassing after they returned to the store where they’d previously been tres- passed. • Disturbance, 11:33 p.m. Aug. 5, Fred Meyer. Celeste E. Karge, 24, of Seaside was cited for disorderly conduct after she allegedly spat on a man’s truck. • Trespassing, 4:40 p.m. Aug. 9, Walmart. Devyne Ocean, aka Misty D. Monsen, 47, of Astoria was cited for criminal trespass- ing when she returned to the store after having been tres- passed there on June 12. • Trespassing, 8:27 p.m. Aug. 9, 1100 block South Main Avenue. The driver was taken by am- bulance to Columbia Memo- rial Hospital for treatment of injuries. • Vehicle into fence, 5:45 p.m. Aug. 3, Northeast Fifth Street near Skipanon Drive. The driver was taken by ambulance to Columbia Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries. • Vehicle vs. elk, 9:46 p.m. Aug. 3, Highway 101 near Marlin Av- enue. The elk died in the crash, which caused front-end damage to a Bellevue, Wash., man’s Toyota Prius. • Traffic stop, 11:39 p.m. Aug. 6, Ensign Lane at Bugle Road. Driver cited for driving while suspended. • Traffic stop, 1:33 a.m. Aug. 7, 600 block South Main Avenue.
