The driver of a semi tractor-trail- er reported a slow-moving red Toyota Tundra driver kept attempting to run him off the road and wouldn’t let him pass. The Toyota’s driver, a 46-year- old Seattle man, told an officer he and his partner had searched Seaside and were headed to Astoria to find an open hotel so they could take a vacation in the area.
