• Two-vehicle rear-end collision,
one injury, 3:48 p.m. April 25,
Highway 101 at Dorymen Lane.
A northbound Nissan Altima,
which had slowed to turn onto
Dorymen, was struck from
behind by a Ford 150 pickup.
The Altima driver, a 65-year-old
Warrenton woman, complained
of pain but declined treatment.
• Speeding, 4:05 p.m. April 25,
Ridge Road at Fort Stevens.
Driver cited for going 67 in a 45
mph zone.
• Reckless driving, 6:11 p.m.
April 25, Highway 26, 10 miles
east of Seaside. Cesar Jaimes Pe-
rez, 29, of Portland was cited for
reckless driving, reckless endan-
germent of a passenger, driving
while suspended and for going
103 mph in a 50 mph zone.
• Two-vehicle collision, no inju-

The driver of a semi tractor-trail-
er reported a slow-moving red
Toyota Tundra driver kept
attempting to run him off the
road and wouldn’t let him pass.
The Toyota’s driver, a 46-year-
old Seattle man, told an officer
he and his partner had searched
Seaside and were headed to
Astoria to find an open hotel so
they could take a vacation in the
area. He was informed of the
stay-at-home order and agreed
to return home.
