A wit- ness reported seeing a ‘70s sin- gle-cab light-colored pickup with a canopy and two middle-aged men inside hit the victim’s vehi- cle hard. • Found property, 9:09 p.m. May 4, Ensign Road. Black wallet found. • Subject called 9-1-1 and isn’t making any sense, 11:50 a.m. May 6, parking lot behind Bank of the Pacific.
