an sleeping in vehicle advised to

chained to Oregonian newspaper
box and carrier couldn’t access
coin box. Bike chain was cut and
bike taken to property room.

mond. Woman in a travel trailer
was living behind the apartment
complex.

Fred Meyer parking lot. A wit-
ness reported seeing a ‘70s sin-
gle-cab light-colored pickup with
a canopy and two middle-aged
men inside hit the victim’s vehi-
cle hard.

4, Ensign Road. Black wallet
found.
• Subject called 9-1-1 and isn’t
making any sense, 11:50 a.m.

of the Pacific. Man was taken to
Columbia Memorial Hospital for
observation.
