She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and booked at Clatsop County Jail, where her blood-alcohol level was recorded at 0.19 percent. Road Work • Traffic stop, 5:22 p.m. Jan. 20, Ensign Lane at Highway 101. Brian Devin Zillman, 27, of Astoria was arrested for failing to carry and present identifica- tion and cited for driving while suspended. He was released pending a court hearing. • Tillamook: A major project to improve traffic on U.S. High- way 101 and State Route 6 in downtown Tillamook will cause traffic disruptions. It’s expected to be complete in the fall. • Warrant, 12:34 a.m. Jan. 23, north of Warrenton Grade School. Lindsay Niccole Poulsen, 28, of Astoria was taken into custody on a detainer warrant from parole and probation. • Astoria: Work will continue on the Astoria-Meglar Bridge’s $20 million painting and im- provement project through July. • Contempt of court warrant, 5 p.m. Jan. 22, Premarq Cen- ter. Two bags of cans for recycling were taken. • Gas siphoning, 7:07 p.m. Jan. 16, 1000 block Highway 101 Al- ternate. Person stealing gas from vehicles at auto shop fled the scene before police arrived. • Shoplifting, 10:16 a.m. Jan. 20, Fred Meyer. A 64-year-old man from Eugene took several items without paying only to return a short time later and attempt to return them for a refund.
